Medical review policy
This site publishes two kinds of medical-adjacent content: operational information (how treatment coordination works, what a package includes, hospital and doctor options) and educational articles (guides in our Knowledge Centre). This policy explains how each is checked.
Treatment and hospital listings
Package details, indicative costs, hospital accreditation and specialties are checked against information supplied by the partner hospital before publication, and updated when that information changes. These pages describe indicative estimates, not fixed prices or guaranteed treatment plans — your treating hospital confirms your actual plan after reviewing your reports.
Knowledge Centre articles
Educational articles credit a named medical reviewer when a person with relevant clinical background has checked the content before publication. If no reviewer is credited, the article should be read as general, process-oriented information rather than clinically reviewed medical guidance — this is stated on the article itself.
What this doesn’t cover
Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, prescription, or personalised medical recommendation. Always follow the guidance of your own treating doctor. See our medical disclaimer for the full terms.
