Elixir Impex is an India-based healthcare business helping international patients reach the right treatment, with a separate, regulated medicine division.

Based in JP Nagar, Bangalore, India, Elixir Impex was built to make world-class treatment in India accessible to patients around the world. We coordinate the parts of a medical journey that are hardest to navigate from abroad — choosing the right hospital, understanding costs, arranging a medical visa, and staying supported after treatment.

We operate as a facilitator, not a hospital. Clinical care is always delivered by accredited hospitals and their doctors. Our job is to help you compare genuine options, understand what to expect, and travel with confidence.

Vision

That any patient, wherever they live, can reach appropriate medical care in India with the same clarity and confidence as someone treated in their own city.

Mission

To coordinate every step of a patient’s medical journey — from the first report to follow-up after they return home — with honest estimates, careful handling of their information, and no pressure to proceed.

Objectives

· Respond to every patient enquiry within 48 hours.
· Give indicative costs that state plainly what they exclude.
· Keep medical records private, and never share them without consent.
· Disclose our charges, and any hospital commission, before a patient commits.
· Stay in contact after discharge until follow-up is genuinely complete.
· Record and investigate every complaint, and publish what we changed.
