Editorial policy
This page explains how the guides, articles and treatment information on this website are produced, so you know what you’re reading and where it comes from.
How content is drafted
Some articles are drafted with the help of AI tools from a topic brief, and some are written directly by our team. Either way, a draft is never visible on the live site until a member of our team has reviewed and approved it — there is no automatic publishing step.
What “medically reviewed” means here
Where an article credits a named medical reviewer, that means someone with relevant clinical background has checked the content for accuracy before publication. Not every article has a named medical reviewer yet — where none is listed, treat the content as general educational information rather than clinically reviewed guidance, and see our medical review policy for detail.
What we don’t do
We don’t publish guaranteed-outcome claims, fabricated statistics, unverifiable testimonials, or accreditations we haven’t confirmed. Treatment costs and timelines are described as indicative estimates, never fixed quotes, because your treating hospital confirms the actual plan after reviewing your reports.
Corrections
If you spot something inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we’ll review and correct it. Articles show their original publish date; when a correction meaningfully changes the content, we note it.
Sources
Where an article makes a specific factual claim (visa rules, accreditation standards, and similar), we link or cite the source at the bottom of the article rather than asking you to take it on trust.
